Scroll homongenizer tool

Not sure if it's possible or not, but I often find a lot of duplicate scrolls that cannot be stacked.  Would be a nice QoL if there was a tool for them like for potions.

If possible, it would be great if the same tool worked on both scrolls and potions. Though not sure if that'd create problems with implementation.
