Let Sorcerers Get Spells A Level Early

With obtaining level 8 being much more of a challenge now in v6 and the revert to spells known for sorcerers, I'd love for Sorcerers to get their one (1) 4th level spell known at level 7 rather than level 8, as every other primary caster does.

I'd love to see this and would probably briefly think about playing a Sorcerer if this change were made

The idea of waiting until 8 to get level 4 spells is so nuts to me

This could also be done without altering the spell progression tables by giving them 0 spells of the new level at 3/5/7/9 so they'll only have castings if they have bonus slots, and I still think it'd be a huge quality of life improvement
