Placeable signs

In the current state if someone wants to write a message on the signs that you buy at the house of trade the text appears in a block floating over the sign when you move your cursor over it. My idea is to make placeable signs like house markers or grove stones and temple signs where you can change both the title and the text on the sign itself. This way sign messages are easier and cleaner to read and don't suffer the fade effect every couple seconds and need to be re-targetted. The sign title could be something brief and catchy, like the title of a public boards post, and the actual meat of it is viewable by right clicking and selecting examine.
