Purchase Unfurnished option

If possible, there should be an option to purchase properties at the base price, with all placed furniture inside deleted.

Many properties become untenably expensive to purchase depending on how decor happy the previous owner was, and then the new owner has to get a dm to transfer ownership of all the furniture inside to be able to move any of it. And some of that furniture will likely get dumped anyway to lower property tax. You can't even see what's inside before hand, just the total price.

Having the option to just buy the base property means new characters aren't priced out of properties and means less time spent by DMs individually picking up and handing over an entire house's worth of furniture. Have maybe half the rest of the cost added to allotment taxes or something as the government sells off the furniture.
