Give Burning Hands and Acid Breath the Sand Splash vfx for sand mage Sorc perk

Burning Hands and Acid Breath are flavoured as Burning and Acidic sand by the perk flavour text.

We now have a Sand based Cone spell Vfx, used for sand splash.

I think, in a totally unbiased way, that having the perk alter the Vfx of these spells to a sand cone would be awesome.

It's a bit difficult for these sort of things as cones are tied to the casting animation, not a VFX. It would require a new system to be setup to do, detecting the spell to be cast and replacing the animation before it happens, if a DM ever gets around to setting it up.
