RE: Summary Report on a Controlled Lunar Experiment

This report concerns the outcome of a supervised experiment focused on the interaction between ambient lunar magic and structured magical receptacles.

Summary of Events:

• A controlled arrangement of select reflective materials and arcane tools was prepared during a period of heightened moonlight.
• A non-hostile magical manifestation occurred. It briefly interacted with the assembled focus and, through unknown resonance, constructed a luminous magical entity. The phenomenon dissolved at dawn.
• No civilians were harmed. No damage to Well property occurred. The event was recorded and deconstructed under Tower protocols.

Follow-Up & Containment:

• The results suggest strong theoretical viability for future work in directed lunar constructs.
• All active components used have been cataloged privately for Tower review only.
• Steps are underway to improve containment and ensure such manifestations remain stable and limited to research-approved zones.
