For the Accord: Standing Order on Recon, Intel, Warning Capabilities

To the Members of the Accord:
The Fourth Legion of the Sultan's Janissaries,
The Cinquefoil Rose,
The Astronomers of Q'tolip,

Though the war with Iakmes and his orcan horde is at an end, we must be ever wary of other forces that have used that time to build up their strength and influence unharried and uninterrupted.

It is likely that threats such as Qa'im and Kha'esh have reconnaissance capabilities we can only dream of. As such, we must step up our long range reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, and early warning capabilities.

Consider this a standing order from Legate Faith Kruehtzer. Substantiated improvements in these areas by your organizations shall reflect positively when it comes to upcoming future Allotments.

Note that an Allotment is expected soon, perhaps even within the week, it is recognized that results in relation to this standing order are not likely to be produced so soon but drafted related plans will also be looked upon favourably.
