I wish to suggest that you liaise with the other Legions to ensure the Fourth has easy and quick access to an ashsail on standby capable of fast attack and interception of surface target operations.

In case the situation with Young Nuesti does not improve or resolve itself, we must be ready to take further immediate action to resolve it to completion.
