To Buster Grimes,

I must admit movement on the new district has been slower than I anticipated. I expected the visit from one of the Directors of Gohari Heavy Machinary would have lit a fire beneath Legate Lhyrian's feet but that has seemingly not manifested (yet).

Regardless, do not hesitate to send missives reminding me or inquiring about this in general should you feel the need. I find letters to be a very efficient form of communication.
