Make various non potion beverages not count as potions

Hello!

As a cook, I wanted to buy a large number of ales for experimentation only to find myself at well past the potion cap. As you can imagine this was somewhat annoying as I had already spent my money on them and had to throw the offending overcap potions away if I wanted to enjoy my game. It would be great if ale, bouza, shadowdark ale and all other potion style items with no potion benefits were able to not count toward this cap.
