I am writing to report that on Illul 27th, IY 7789, I walked into the Krak des Roses and found a pouch of shimmerdust and two vials of the Mother's water on the red carpet of the main thoroughfare. I picked up all three items and disposed of them in the nearby trash barrel. Out of an abundance of caution, I presumed the water may have been tainted by the shimmerdust.

When I asked some nearby patrons who placed these items, one of them--and elf named Osrick Petarus--answered that they fell out of the bag of a halfling--dark skin and wearing a circular hat. I trust that should this halfling be seen, they will be given appropriate scrutiny.
