Coupled with your new requirement of rent weekly you will be undertaking as an owner of property, I am glad to discuss an alternative schedule than weekly repayments. This is agreeable my friend and I appreciate a countering that is so easily divisible.

The sum of 5,376 dinar would allow for 12 repayments of 448 dinar at minimum, though as stated in my initial offer I would not burden you with weekly repayments or such.

The only caveat I have is in the event it takes inordinately long, the interest rate rises from 5% to 15%.

It is after all in the spirit of good business we make these gesture.
