Chat command to transfer ownership of furniture

Just like there is chat command for the fixtures, that would be convenient to have chat command to transfer ownership of the highlighted piece of owned furniture to another person.

This would enable us to help each other with furniture placement without taking property owner's ability of altering description and name, or eventually picking the furniture up. In fact such a tool would allow greater liberty when providing interior design services, or at the very least allow for someone experienced to get that perfect bookcase angle at their friend's house.
