Skink,

If you're feeling sad about everything that's happened I read about this remedy that should help. Drink a few glasses of water before bed. It'll give you a reason to get up in the morning.

Skink,

Vulture made me take a turn telling the joke on the last job I was out with her so I thought you should get to read it when you get back.

Back in the Peerage woard, a boy of House Velstra, no more than twelve, marched up to a knight of a rival House, Orza and jabbed him in the chest and said "I challenge you to a duel!"

The Knight laughed at him, not even looking away from his drink "Wait for me on the bridge at dawn, I will accept your duel when you are a man."

So every day the boy went to the bridge at dawn, waiting, expecting the Knight to show, but each day he never came. One day after another he would go and wait, for years this went on.

The boy met a woman after some years and they wed and happily consumated the union, in the throes there was a scream. The boy looked up ot see the greatblade of the Knight jammed through his back, leering down over him he said "Did you think the duel would take place on the bridge?"

...

She found it quite funny. This is why I struggle so much with the Balladeers, these are the stories I have of 99! Where do they get these hopeful stories of good and caring men that stood for Lords?
