Request for Disclosure of Fine Processing Records
To the Command of the Legion Barracks

In accordance with the verdict of the Trial of the 10th of Qdim 7789 and the subsequent directive from the Desks of Legates Lhyrian and Linwood, the Scribes of the Sublime Garden have been entrusted with the securing and proper accounting of fines levied upon the Accused.

It has come to our attention that certain janissaries have indicated the Legion's involvement in the collection of these sums prior to the issuance of the Legates' statement. To ensure the integrity of both record and process, we require from your office a complete and itemized account of any payments received from the following individuals in connection to said trial: Nadiri Eva Keter, Soldier Armin Albertos, Apothar Shum Sheroy, and Sergeant Hanson Gilbracht.

The details required are as follows:

• Name of the Accused;
• Date of payment;
• Sum received;
• Identity and rank of the receiving officer;
• Method of transfer to Treasury, if any.

If your records cannot furnish this level of detail, we will instead accept a signed and sealed statement from a responsible officer of the Fourth Legion attesting to:

• The total sum processed from each named Accused;
• Confirmation that the amounts stated reflect the full extent of the Legion's handling of these fines;
• Acknowledgement that this statement is given under the authority and responsibility of the signing officer.

We request these records be delivered no later than a week from the date of receipt of this missive to the Office of the Sublime Garden. Failure to provide these will result in formal petition and clarification before the Desks of Legates.
