You are formally invited to meet with me on behalf of official business of the Scribes of the Sublime Garden. At the approval of the Deputy Chief Scribe, an index is being opened upon every head of authority, past and present.

Please meet with me on a time you arrange, and prepare for a questionnaire. You should seek an artist to capture your likeness. Failing that, one can be provided by the Palatial Pyramid.
