NWN Trouble

Hey folks,

For a while now I have been trying to get NWN to run on my pc, 7 or 8 months ago it worked completely fine and I had no issues what so ever. The past 4 I have been having terrible frame rate issues during gatherings of 4+ pc's. Magic and spell effects really get things to drop down to unplayable.

I have rolled back graphics updates as far as they can go, added in the core affinity line and still had nothing great. What I have noticed is that when I play nwn my 2nd core usage seems to be peaking to the top of the chart.

Pc specs-
i7
gtx 660
8gb ram
Windows 7

Any help would be appreciated.
