The quest to find Watcher recruits doesn't scale its rewards with the number of people in the party although the difficulty does.  This discourages people from wanting to do it in large groups rather than two manning it (which would be far more profitable).

I don't know. I've never found a lack of interest in going in there with larger groups.

'Far More Profitable' is subjective as the task in question is never really profitable regardless of whether you are two or six, however the task does become a whole lot more fun to do when the challenge is upped. The Gold reward from the Watcher who asks you to find the lost hired abbe-rant hunters does stack however. And I think that's enough of a reward for such a short and fun little task.

At least in my opinion.

Knight Of Pentacles

I've never seen it stack.  It's always a static number from what I've seen.

Dredi

Reward is lacklustre but its not really difficult either.

I've not really got an issue with this quest in my personal opinion, if anything, given what it is, I might be inclined to ramp up both the difficulty and reward

Knight Of Pentacles

It isn't about the low reward as much as it is that the reward doesn't scale with how many people you've got in the party.  So less people means a greater split.

So in the same way, you are against all quests that have gold piles on the floor instead of pay per man? I don't really understand, hes got that much gold to spare - do you want the quest or not?

I don't believe it healthy to reward long time players that already have a good command over EFU mechanics and often two man quests in order to reap their maximum benefits all the while denying less experienced players to join them because it would diminish the amount of loot they'd get.

This quest doesn't really have rewards at all. I mostly see it as a social event, where you can take some older characters and some newer characters and theme a bit of the server. Mostly people just blast through it, but I mean, you could very easily use it as a way to introduce the grit and danger of the setting.

Since it doesn't really scale with more people either, two fighting it is just more dangerous then six doing it. The reward is literally not-worth-mentioning in either case.
