Bard spells

Hey guys, just hit level 7, selected the spells greater magic weapon, and haste, however upon resting the spells are grey and i can't cast them, it is only 3rd circle and my charisma is 15 so i don't see the problem there.

Not a bug. The problem is that 15 CHA doesn't give you a Bonus Level Three Spellslot, as you only have a +2 CHA modifier.

Bards always get 0 spells per day when they get a new spell level available. This means that they'll only have have spells per day from Bonus Spells Slots or their CHA modifier. Bugsy can cast L3 spells, he just won't get any unless he does one of the following:

• He reaches Level 8 and gets 1 spell per day
• He gets a +1 CHA item so he'll have 16 CHA while resting and so have a bonus L3 slot from his CHA score (this is technically possible without DM loot)
• He gets an item with +1 L3 Bard Slot

If you take +1 CHA at L8, you'll have a base of 2 L3 spells per day then. One from the fact a L8 Bard has 1 L3 spell per day. Another from the fact you'll have a +3 Charisma Modifier and therefore  have a bonus L3 spell slot.
