Bard/Cleric spell: Calm Emotions

Would it be possible for somebody like johanness to implement this spell? It's a level 2 cleric/bard spell which causes things such as Bard Song and Barbarian rage to cease to function/negate the effects for the duration.

Though in honesty I wouldn't mind seeing it simply act as a dispel specifically for these types of abilities. Despite playing many barbarians and bards myself.

That would be amazing! Both abilities are pretty strong in duels and uncounterable (well unless you Deafen the Bard). A shame Johannes is busy :(.

Would quickly become a powerful tool to render Bards and Barbarians weak if made into Charge/ Use items, though. Other than that, it's an okay suggestion.

I can imagine DMs will say it's low priority though, even if it can be done.
