I don't usually do these, but for me, Kreegar was something special. So here it is...

Kreegar Gutripper started off as something of a joke concept in a string of bad concepts I pumped out when I couldn't think of a concept I wanted to play. Basically it went something like "DRUNK DWARF UNARMED BRAWLER WITHOUT A SHIELD=BATTLERAGER! YES!"

To sum him up briefly, Kreegar evolved into a dwarf who distrusted everyone, especially other dwarves, and swore to never directly be controlled by another man. He had joined a number of small association-like things in the past, but towards the end he only wanted to see Mistlocke strong and devote himself to no one but himself. He was something of two sided persona when it came to gold. He lusted after riches, but gave it all away in brawls in search of glory. He would gladly give supplies to a friend in battle, but then later demand to be compensated. He loved gold, but he held little desire to keep it. Only to acquire it and use it to move men to brawl.

He spent his whole laugh challenging his body against harmful conditions, toxins, ale and battle. To date, no toxin besides a large quantity of Ale had ever made him fail a poison save which ended up at the end to be about 28 unbuffed. It certainly made getting drunk expensive as he never managed to get free ale.

However, over time he began to evolve and I really began to love him. I'd like to think of him as my first successful character in EFU. I'd just like to thank the DM's for the encouragement I got. Without it I don't think I would have had the drive to take Kreegar as far as I did.

Here's some screenshots I took over his life, enjoy!

WARNING: The Pit, and Random Shots have a lot of screenshots in them so may take a while to load for slower connections.

When Kreegar was abducted by the mists, he was awaiting judgement for a  crime he didn't commit, no doubt to face execution. He was given the  last bit of mercy, in being drunk. When he arrived in Mistlocke he was  sure he was halucinating for about a week straight. His first encounter  was with a wild deer, to which he lost his eye. To the end he was  convinced it was a fearsome beast of a were-deer and hunted them  mercilessly to find the one that took his eye.[/hide]

He REALLY wanted his ale apparently. Two addiction checks back to back! Hop to, get to drinking!

This is the first step Kreegar took on the path to becoming a true Pit Master. When he defeated a fat dwarven drunk in the brawling pit that started a war of insults with him in the square.

My personal favorite part of the Brawling League was the bare-knuckle brawls where I made everyone get naked and brawl in mass in the pit. I've never quite seen anything so ridiculous in a tournament before.

[hide=Kreegar was an admirer of the fairer sex of Mistlocke]

Kreegar had an eye for what he liked. Even the Old Stones would not save the women of Mistlocke him from his sexy gaze.[/hide]

I couldn't picture a better end for Kreegar. I will miss running the brawling events every week immensely, I don't think I've ever had so much fun. I hope you all enjoyed them as much as I did. Until next PC.....

[hide=Random Shots]

He had a long history of battling ropes, walls and other climbable things that demanded tumble checks.

This is what happens when you have a bunch of people with c hostile on, all trying to click a Healing Station.

Blind luck being able to look up at the stars through a telescope and leveling FTW.

I'm sad I didn't think to take more screenshots of this DM quest. Basically we had to fend off swarms of harpies while breaking into this Crypt. Except it was so sturdy we were supposed to break it down together. Originally I was trying to knock it down alone, and tried to break it down with my skull and knocked myself out for a while. Afterwards we got it loose and Kreegar buffed up and did a LONG running slam into the door to dislodge it. This is probably one of my favorite DM quests to date because it had something to make EVERYONE feel useful in their own little way. Very well done.

Saying something badass that didn't quite make him look badass was Kreegars specialty.

He had a way with women. In that he called the majority of them girlie, and didn't care to learn most of their names. Most women just looked the same to him unless they had a really outlandish outfit.

Easy was a good match for Kreegar in the arena of double entendres.
