The EFUSS system is a collection of secondary skills which provide flavour and depth to your character.  These skills range from Cooking and Alchemy through to Masonry and Swimming.

Use of EFUSS in the gameworld:

Some of these skills have little practical scripted use in game, however they may be of use with DM supervision.  For example, a person with EFUSS Carpentry might, with an investment of time and effort create a chair or strongbox.  It is important to note that "crafting" skills do not have scripted systems to mass produce items with the sole exceptions of Alchemy, Herbalism and Cooking.  Nevertheless there are a few instances in the gameworld where investing in appropriate roleplaying skills will be rewarded with tangible benefits. E.g. Investing in fishing will allow you to use fishing rods at bodies of water.

Mechanical Alterations of EFUSS

There are some EFUSS skills that, as well as being used for rolls and the like, apply minor mechanical benefits when invested in (All skill point increases are 1 point per 5 invested in the efuss skill.

Swimming: Increases movement speed underwater.
Secondary Diplomacy: Increases persuade.
Acrobatics: Increases Tumble.
Secondary Discipline: Increases Discpline.
Secondary Lore: Increases lore.
Secondary Heal: Increases heal.

EFUSS chat commands

The chat commands to access your characters efuss abilities and invest in them are as follows:

/c efuss help : This provides more information on the system.

/c efuss list : This provides a full listing of efuss skills and shows whether you're trained in each and if so how many points you've invested.

/c efuss add -insert full name of skill here-  E.g. /c efuss add secondary diplomacy 10, will add ten points to secondary diplomacy skill.

Final Notes:

The amount of EFUSS skill points you have is based on your intelligence modifier.

All EFUSS skills cap at a 10 point maximum unless wanded by a DM.

Remember to choose fitting and sensible skills for your character!
