For those that might not realise how big a thing this might be.

Sidekick once played a sergeant character of the Watch in early efu .

Upon hearing that one of his charges in the Watch was responsible for a brutal torture of one of the prisoners, he simply grew mildly irate, and then made the watchman scrub the cell clean of blood, while he oversaw.

Nobody in EfU has since roleplayed the terrified scrubbing of a cell of caked blood since, and nobody has ever supervised the former with a tyrannical eye, and I don't think they ever will.

I distinctly recall a situation in my tenure as Muster sergeant where someone on our charge was caught screwing us over, and then we sent him down to clean the cells, and when he was inside we locked the door and then we tortured him until he fessed up.

...That's pretty much the same thing, right?

To expound: It's a popularly held opinion that the best PC in the history of EfU was played in Alpha, and was in fact the very same Sergeant NC is referring to. Rueth Greyward was phenomenal.
