Quest item tool function - Abort quest

It would be cool for the quest item tools to have the option to 'abort' quests. When someone forgets to close a quest and happens to be too far from the quest giver to close it, therefore blocking the quest from other people, this would be handy to have.

I would love this. I accidentally forgot to turn in the second part of a certain quest, and then turned in the first part, and was blocked from finishing or aborting the second, so others could do it.
