New Quest Added

... and due to its location, I thought I could mention it here now. There's a new lvl 4-9 quest in the Drowned Nation for underwater explorers to enjoy. While some tweaks have been added after a few test rounds it may still be in need of adjustments. So after next reset, if you try it out and have any comments or suggestions, feel free to send me a PM.
