Bring back the prelude forum

A long time ago in the grand days of EFU there was a forum for preludes. Dms could post them, and pcs could post prelude ideas, and then a Dm decides if they'd be willing to host it.

Feel free to use Introductions and Group Management to propose groups/preludes, but don't expect too much.
