Blighted Tree Bug

Died to a blighted tree and thought I would mention that I understand it is a danger and that you might accidentally click it.

But getting hit multiple times is either a bug, or if I did click it ten times in a 'panic' to get away (I don't think I did) then I fail to see what is interesting or fun about this mechanic that entraps you in an OOC manner to touch a painful death tree again and again ICly.
