Metal Domain Failure

Not receiving any bonus or notification of the perk working.

I am a cleric relic hunter with the metal and law domains. My alignment is lawful evil. When I cast the metal domain it gives no presentable or hidden bonuses and has no failure notification. I was told that the metal domain was not working for regular clerics either.

What do you mean by "casting" it? If you refer to the 1/day ability on the radial menu, I don't think it ever worked (also not sure the ability on the radial menu is working for any custom domain).

As far as I'm aware, you use the ability through the player tool.

Yes, set a player tool to activate the metal domain power, it's in the list if you have that domain.
