The bottom wall transition to the goblin meat guy still has a dc of like 20.

Hellspawn wasps. They aren't even deadly , just extremely extremely annoying and hard to kill. Please remove them or atleast tone down the spawns. A huge nest of them spawns next to a quest giver every time you enter the area and its annoying having to take 20 minutes to kill them.

Mushroom patches spawn way too frequently.

The hook horror nest quest in further reaches. It badly needs a transition at the end to send you back to the entrance so you dont have to walk all the way back. This quest also has the worst loot/exp, i think you get a few medicine herbs,  while being pretty tough and long. I dont think anyone does this quest anymore.

There's two walls and one only has a dc of 10.  Mushroom patches go down in like 1-2 hits.

1-2 hits if you are a twohanded melee pc. It takes like 10 hits from a wizard pc to break one.. and there can be like 6 patches in a row sometimes. They respawn very quickly as well.

I think I only ever did the Hook Horror quest with large groups to try provoke The Named Ones to appear, that's the only loot one looks for in doing it I think.

Portal Quest could use a portal to send you back to the building maybe? It's just inconvenient without the shortcut from crossroad caves to Canal Ward.

Was there a /c command for toggling undead to be non-hostile to PCs when they are released? I think there is one but can't seem to locate it via forum searching... Wanted to do something productive with excess undead...

Vera improvements: Up the exp gain at the end, it is very low compared to its peer quests despite it being as long as distant shore to take and very very deadly. Also, make it so there is a rest room that is visible. If you miss the rest room and don't metagame, you're forced to do a extremely hard quest with no spells/buffs.

Vera also has a spawn that spawns right on top of the party. These spawns do like 20+ dmg a hit. Without metagaming this, your casters/support are almost guarateed to get ganked.
