Increase and expand bounties

Hey all,


This system is pretty fun and has been around for a while. It seems, however, that there is rarely more than one bounty posted even when the serve is up for a long period of time. I'd like to suggest:


- Increase occurrences of these
- Expand to other areas of server (promotes people travelling to the vaults, lower, etc.)
- Add visible difficulties to the bounties (weak, challenging, difficult, legendary!)
