Crank Forge boss bug

[I love cats]

After having done this quest twice I have noticed there is a bug where the boss dies it doesn't trigger the correct sequence of events that lead up to quest completion. Yesterday me and some people did it and found ourselves unable to close the quest and receive precious XP. The following characters where involved.
