Combat Styles not working (Fighter)

As a level 2 fighter, setting either kansai or weapon and shield combat styles had "you do not have access to this phenotype" come up when i tried to use /c combat_style help (or attempting either of the combat style names)

If you "/c combat_style list", you will see the available combat style for your PC and what is their parameter to activate. If you don't have a combat style, you won't see it.
