Ring 100 Keys in the Ringrunner shop

It'd be really very nice if, for a reasonably high price, established PCs could buy an easier access from ring 100 to ring 99. This would ease three things:

1) Guide PCs who help the newly awoken, encouraging them to interact with fresly rolled PCs and show them around
2) Easier access back into 99 after a safe respawn, now that that's the "new" corpse clear.
3) Further establish "Keyrich" as a thing that is visible and obvious to the PCs around one another.
