Peerage low level XP: Gambling

I think it would be nice and not too risky balance-wise if Peerage citizens gained 5 xp per pull on the Groat Gainer at levels 1-4, giving them a nice repeatable activity that is comparable to rat hunting, but with the dignity the Peerage requires.
