Tattered Wayfarer's Cloak cannot be used as a bedroll

The description indicates this cloak doubles as a bedroll. It is however not recognized as a bedroll by the system; you get the "You need a bedroll to rest" message if you try resting with it equipped.

This is still an issue, I'm not able to rest at player created campfires with this cloak.

Did you dye it?

If you dye this cloak it loses this function.

Where is the item purchased from?

Exact NPC, location (map area) etc.  The more information we have, easier it is to look.
