Egon the Monkey

The Monkey's Paw
This severed primate hand is inked with twisted runes that hurt the eyes to gaze upon.  Wishing for its aid can grant great power at a horrible price.
Unique Power Self Only Single Use.
Weight Reduction: 10% of weight. Hand shaped misc object, weight reduction so people are tempted to hang on to it.

Activating this item randomly gives you either Haste (10), Displacement, or some other powerful L3-4 thing. After 30 seconds, you are hit with Bestow Curse,  Slow, and one of the EfU custom plagues.

Fuzz

Give the Master's Healing Kits an OnUse: Self Only power that will automatically load them up with all of the Herbal Medicines you have in inventory until they are either full or you run out of Medicines.

Really tedious to load them one by one.

Gob-bow
(shortbow)
"The aptly-named 'Gob-bow' is little more than a yew rod and fishing line improvised into a tool of defense. But to the Goblins of the Ponds, mere survival necessitates such clever adaptations."
-1 AB, -1 AC, unlimited regular arrows, acts as fishing rod.
PM me for an apology! :3

Fuzz

Allow the Tailoring Enchanting Tables for Cloth and Padded to enchant +1 Armor AC for a premium, like 2000-2500gp or something along those lines. Those armor types are underutilized and people going FASHION should be promoted since the tailoring is rad. It'd hardly be imbalancing for mages, either, because Mage Armor would make that bonus redundant, but Dex characters and Moks would probably dig it.

Bottle of Sardine Oil

Throwable Grenade

Summons a hostile tiger.

Sort of like those bottles of quivering fungus.

Except it's a tiger.
"Proving concerned parents from the 80's wrong, just in time for them to be dead. "

Egon the Monkey

Decent kamas. The benefit to them is you keep unarmed BAB and Flurry of Blows, but when gloves can easily have +2 or +1d4 damage, they aren't worth using. Even as a backup weapon  for the odd blunt-resistant enemy.

Ideas for better kamas

  • Some +2 dmg and +1d4 damage kamas
  • Kamas with the Keen property. It's not very powerful on a weapon that only crits on a 20, and doesn't stack with Keen Edge. A 1d6 19-20 kama compares favourably with 1d8 fists.
  • Ambidexterity and dual wield as item feats, like on quarterstaves. One of the few uses for kamas is dual wield on a Medium PC.

Quote from: Example of a decent kamaYevathaxian Gourdreaper
This kama belonged to a small order once dedicated to honing their bodies and skills against the undead.
Kama (1d6 x2)
Keen
+1 Piercing Damage
+1d4 Divine Damage vs Undead
In terms of properties it looks a bit good, but two of those are mutually exclusive as you can't crit undead :P. It's basically a +1 damage shortsword that hurts undead more.

Egon the Monkey

Collar of the Nebezzduon.
I remember this from C3 and think that something like it would be great to sell to PCs. If you had the ability to shock/subdue (but not kill) PCs at a distance, you have a way to ensure leverage over them after beating them in a PvP. They can't buff up and try again as you can just push the button on the remote control and drop them.

Any sort of medium/long term consequence short of death would be a good way to promote long term conflicts, workign off your debts and not back and forth ganks.

Potion Of The Breathless Mage
Removes arcane Spell Failure from being underwater for 5 rounds.
This would let summoners and evokers contribute on underwater quest, by paying consumables to allow them to cast underwater for a short time. I feel mages lack the ability to use supplies to deal with stuff that would otherwise make their life impossible, and this would make underwater quests less dull for magic PCs.

Penetrating Oil
Not the sort for loosening rusty hinges! This item will give the Greater Spell Penetration feat for 5 rounds
Again, hordes of monster with Spell Resistance reduce you to the level of a buffbot and make levels excessively important. This item would mean that as opposed to using Lower Spell Resistance (which only affects one enemy) you gain a bonus to resistance checks to allow you to blow up a load of Sr monsters with a fireball. But you'd need to use one in each encounter.

Jello!

Maybe update the item "Oak Staff of the Hedge Wizard" so that it also is a spell foci.

The reason I suggest this is due to the item likely never being used due to how spells are set up and it is simply more beneficial to dual-wield  "Jewl  Encrusted daggers".

Warning Toad

This orange-and-black striped variant of a common canal toad uses a less direct method of warning away predators: rather than venom, it sports a cacophonous screech. When put in a state of anxiety, the Warning Toad will remain stationary for a long while, screeching at those who come near until it feels safe. Studious residents of the canal-side Rings will occasionally place these toads around deadly seams, misused alchemy benches, and other sites of danger.

Item Property: Places a tiny toad on the ground for like 10 minutes or something and it yells at you when you get too close.
Item Property: Pretty neat
PM me for an apology! :3

Poolson

Ammunition Bandolier
Base item: Bag
Properties: Reduce item weight 50%.

Description: A bandolier, worn around the chest, intended for storing munitions delivered by hand. The distributed weight across the torso alleviates much of the weapon's weight.

((Only fill with thrown weapons.))

Dremen

A book binder item, that is an empty book.

A note can be used on it to create a book copy.

Empress of Neon

A placeable easel that functions like a signpost (but for descriptive purposes, has the desc-input akin paper).  As well as a merchant to sell them.

We have lots of artists ig, so may as well give them what they need to shine! (As opposed to paper-on-the-ground substitutes).

CoffeeBean

Allow for quarterstaffs to be used with weapon finesse. Since it doesn't apply the 1.5 strength modifier to itself anymore due to it being a dual-wield weapon, I think it would be fitting that it can be used by Dex characters.

LoveLess

Bundles (Lockbox?) that you can find and pick up into your inventory. Then when used, make a skill check versus Open Lock. Only when opened do they give up the loot. Make rogues great again.
