Remove stunning darts on bandit npcs

I know travelling outside inhabited areas should be dangerous, but imho group of bandits with one or more having stunning darts, which means insta death unless you are prepared for that or very lucky - as was my case - is a bit too much. This means some malnourished bandits, who have access to weapons we players maybe don't - at least I never saw stunning darts - is far more dangerous than more quests. Remove stunning darts and add something else like slowing, dazing, poisonned darts, etc. which will make them a dangerous, but reasonable threat.
