Have wholeness of body remove fatigue, stat damage, and level drain effects to cut down on the consumable need for monks.

I think this is a fair buff to Wholeness of Body. It is a level 7 Feat that seems comically useless to the point of making that level almost a dead-level if not for the BAB +1.

We thought level drain might be a bit much, as its meant to be terrifying, but I've given it a buff.

Wholeness of body now restores Monk Level x Wisdom Modifier hit points, or times two, whichever is higher. It will also restore ability damage as per lesser restoration.
