Burning Hands DC

I have no idea if this is even possible, but in D&D Burning Hands is an Evocation spell

Is there some way to script it so burning hands DC could be affected by GSF: Evocation? (maybe the better of gsf: evocation and transmutation)

Alternatively, maybe a new spell at L1 to occupy the same concept... an evocation copy of burning hands called something like "lesser cone of flame"
