This guy took a specific item (found on Trash Island) from me that I acquired only by passing a very difficult skill check and then paying 1000 gold for.
Probably not intended...

Also, I received nothing at all from him in return, not even a presumed count of what I've 'sold' him. (It was the only thing he took, so needless to say he didn't receive 50 lbs)
