Wand Bug

Hi I play Aude de Verlay. I found a Mestil's Acid Breath wand on a hero mob, and thought that was cool.

I used the wand, passed the UMD check, and the effect plays, but no wand charges are lost and no damage is done.

I am very sad now. Please fix this :(
