So, there's a chest piece you can buy at Wanda's Webbers, by the title of "Quality Bard's Tunic". It has a long winded description about Sanctuary and Rothe wool. Slight oopsie there.

It gives +3 perform.

It is, however, lacking pants. I don't know if this is intentional, or not.
