PhK doesn't harm Trolls that fail both saves

Pretty much what it says.

My character name: Yrna Aalsien
Issue: Several trolls have failed both saving throws against the Phantasmal Killer spell, and it doesn't put them in subdual, nor does it harm them at all. I understand the monster only dies if fire or acid are used, and this might be by design, but I don't think so - it possibly should put them into subdual, to be finished off by acid or fire damage?

I have what is likely a related bug.

What: Trolls failed will save on fear and charm. The effect is applied for a split second and then dropped.

Where: QA is the same as Kiaring's post, the troll bog in 95.

How: Charm person cast from mesmerizer sorcerer, fear from item and also summon aura.

Who: PC Miriam Fontaine
