This isn't so much a bug, just that things haven't caught up with current events yet.

[Word spreads of a disruption in the Spinning Groat. It seems that Ruul Velstra has sent out his personal golem, 'the Yellow Lion,' to be tested by courageous gladiators...]

Since Ruul fled House Velstra and all, it seems odd that he'd send out the Yellow Lion.
