Replacing Ticker Shops

With the destruction of Ticker we lost access to a number of shops. And while some of them had counterparts in the Peerage, some convenience is definitely lost.
I would like and suggest that some some of these shops find a home in the Burgage or alike. Either with the same npc, who fled along with everyone else, or a new one more fitting to the locale.

Smoking Shop (Pipes, Cigarettes)
Custom Leather / Metal Armour Shops
The Prestige (Had a lot of items fit for prestige classes)
Morty's Box Shop (Varied bag types for merchants)
The Ticker options for Arcane Focuses (Grup sold these)
A Pawn Shop
A Bank? Or a shop that bought gemstones

Maybe if the dms do not wish to instate all the shops? Set up a bunch of beggar plates somewhere within the burgage where people can donate gold with certain thresh holds to get the shops they want the most back?
