Remove the spawn point changer in ring 94+

The system that sets your spawn automatically  as you run backwards in rings does not make a lot of sense in these outer rings that were drilled through. Could it be removed for anything 94+? As it is, every time I set foot in the ponds I get spawned in the old spinning groat, which isn't great for exiles :)
