Right now, when a wizard casts wormsight its an instant give away that they are a necromancy specialist despite the spell itself being transmutation school. Oddly enough transmuters have no reason to cast this spell.

Perhaps if cast by a transmutation specialist they could have the spell extended? This way it wouldnt just be the "necromancers see invis"

But....it is the necromancy see invis. Maybe just make it Necromancy school.

Be thankful Necromancers get a see invis at all tbh <_<

If we're being technical it is also druid see invis! Wizards just happen to be able to cast it. The spell description also suggests it grants ultravision or at least visibility in darkness, so it is easy enough to justify that as the reasoning for its casting rather than automatically saying the person is a necromancer.

That said I don't think it would be at all broken if a GSF granted it 1/turn per level status rather than the current 1 turn per 2 levels.

My non-necromancer wizard sometimes prepared Wormsight because I had too many level 2 spells that I wanted prepared and the slots where more valuable to me then level 3 slots for some loadouts. My evoker sorcerer learned Wormsight for similar reasons.

Honestly if someone calls you a necromancer just because you cast Wormsight, that's some next level metagaming and the solution is a stern talking to by the DMs.
