Move Kings Commons Doorkeeper

I was thinking that there is already one in the Peerage and this one is right outside that area.  Maybe move it on the other side of the Kings Commons nearish the Rat Catchers or maybe right near the 98 door, giving a bit better access to those in the Ponds.
