Allow PCs (Druids Only?) to use Selbeth the Herbalist's herbalism tables

Seem to make sense to have these useable by outcast PCs or at least by Druids as she does offer a special shop via dialogue check for Druid Class. Perhaps non-druids can pay a fee to use them? NPC is the Sandstone Caves in the zone directly to the left of the Gate of Roses when exiting the Krak.

These summon monsters sometimes, so probably unlikely. Nice idea though
