Replace Orb Recharge Wand to Eletric Jolt

Hello,

The recharge wand in the barricade gutters quest has 15x Lightning Bolt.

I have often had the ability to save it and use it in max7 or max8 quests. Sometimes alongside others that had it.

The barricade also is WAY too easy if you actually charge the orbs with lightning bolt.

Either reduce 15 charges to like 5, or make it like 30x eletric jolt or something. The orbs with jolts are very fantastic aswell and then you actually have to do something still.

And not get 15x lightning bolt for other quests.

I'd probably agree with reducing the number of charges, but not in changing the spell.  ~6 charges is probably sufficient for most, to allow the quest to run the way it was originally planned.
